1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil8 ounces button mushrooms, cleaned and quarteredlengthwise6-8 cherry tomatoes, halvedlengthwise4 green onion scallions, trimmed and chopped3 cloves garlic, mincedjuice of 1 lemon1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon dried oreganoa few drops hot sauce (optional)salt and black pepper to taste Instructions:
