Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:

1) In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Dredge the chicken cubes in the flour mixture until coated and set aside.

2) Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dredged chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.

3) Remove from heat and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
