Ingredients:

-1 kg chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

-1 onion, chopped

-1 green pepper, chopped

-4 cloves garlic, minced

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-2 tablespoons soy sauce

-1 teaspoon smoked paprika

-1 teaspoon dried oregano Slaw ingredients: -1/2 head of cabbage, shredded -1/2 cup mayonnaise -2 tablespoons white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) ̵1 tablespoon honey ̵1 teaspoon smoked paprika ̵salt and pepper, to taste ̵Instructions:

 In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the shashlik marinade. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (preferably longer).   In a separate bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the slaw. Season to taste with salt and pepper.     Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using). Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, or until cooked through. Serve with the slaw on the side and enjoy!

Add the chicken cubes and peppers and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill or broiler on high heat. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using). Grill or broil for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve with rice or potatoes and your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
